Dear customers, we regret to inform you that our shipping times may be longer than normal due to the continuing effects of COVID-19. Many goods are subject to extended processing and shipping times due to COVID-19 issues and carrier shipping limitations.

We will continue to keep you updated on shipping times and do everything we can to satisfy our customers. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We assure you that our team makes every effort to ensure that your items are delivered as soon as possible.

For all orders sent to Switzerland and Andorra , prices will be adjusted once you have entered your delivery address during the ordering process.

On the next page, the price will be reduced by the amount of VAT. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay their own VAT (Switzerland - 7%) or IGI (Andorra - 4.5%) to the carrier.

Free Standard Shipping - Curbside Delivery 

Accessories and fixtures will be sent by UPS.
Larger items and furniture will be delivered outside your home or building.

Free premium delivery from €1,500* - By appointment, upstairs, in the room of your choice (only in France, Belgium and Monaco).
( * a cost of €49 will be applied for all orders under €1,500 to benefit from the premium delivery service)

Accessories and fixtures are not eligible for premium delivery. The assembly service is not included in the premium delivery service and should be requested from Customer Service if necessary.

For orders in Corsica and in the DOM-TOM, contact us directly to obtain a precise estimate for shipping and delivery. For deliveries outside the European community (Switzerland), customers are responsible for customs duties and other taxes specific to their country.

If you need to change your delivery address after your order is already on its way, you will be charged a re-routing fee .

We can keep your order for up to 30 days free of charge in our warehouse. Beyond that, you will be charged 1% of the selling price per month of storage (excluding discount)

Not all types of fixtures and accessories are eligible for premium shipping. These will be delivered in standard delivery at the foot of the truck.


All promotional offers cannot be combined with other current promotions or discount codes.  Any promotional offer is not valid retroactively for previous purchases outside the promotional period. All sales are final.

For any order over €15,000, we only accept payment by bank transfer.


All products are custom ordered in Amsterdam. It takes 15 working days to be delivered when the product is in stock. When a product is not in stock, it can take 1 to 3 months and Meuble Luxe will inform you by email to obtain your agreement for payment.


Prior to the day of delivery, our delivery partners will contact you to agree a time slot when you can expect your order - (premium delivery only) .

Also, be sure to carefully measure your stairs, elevator, doorways, and hallways to determine the best fit for your new furniture. If we are unable to bring your furniture into your house/apartment, you will be responsible for the additional costs incurred (carrycot rental) and/or return.


Recommendations to follow when delivering your order

  • Open the package and check the product before signing the delivery note (paper or electronic)
  • Do not be intimidated by the delivery person, refuse the package if he does not give you the opportunity to check it
  • If the product is damaged, note on the paper delivery note detailed reservations mentioning the product and its condition. Example: Damaged right leg armchair
  • The words "subject to unpacking" or "packaging in good condition" are not valid in the event of a dispute.

In case of delivery not confirmed with your order, contact our Customer Service.

No complaint will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these recommendations.

Small items sent by UPS/DPD will be delivered as soon as possible, and the courier does not contact you in advance to schedule the delivery. Courier deliveries do not require a signature on delivery and your package will be left on your doorstep if you are unavailable to receive it.


All products are custom ordered from Amsterdam - for this reason all sales are final. 

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at service@meubleluxe.fr All order cancellation requests are subject to approval.


Orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund equal to the purchase price. To request the return of an order, send an email to service@meubleluxe.fr indicating your name, your order number and the reason for the return. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the return and next steps.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer up to 10% of the total amount of the order and will be deducted from the refund.

The following used or unpackaged items are excluded from our return policy.


You have 72 hours If you wish to report a damage, or if you have a problem that requires a replacement or a spare part for the furniture you ordered, please read the following steps carefully: 

  • Be sure to save the packaging and packing materials of our products in order to successfully process your claim. 
  • Submit clear photos of the outer and inner packaging and the reported problem, along with a photo of the shipping mark (the white sheet on the box with the barcode)
  • Finally, provide a brief explanation of the problem and how it occurred.

Please note that spare parts are subject to availability and processing claims may take up to 4-6 weeks.

You have, in accordance with the provisions of article L 121-21 of the Consumer Code, a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of the order to return it to Meuble Luxe for exchange or reimbursement, for any order placed on the online store. The return costs exclusively in its original packaging will be at your expense.
