Delivery and Return

For all orders sent to Switzerland and Andorra , prices will be adjusted once you have entered your delivery address during the ordering process.
On the next page, the price will be reduced by the VAT amount. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay their own VAT (Switzerland - 7%) or IGI (Andorra - 4.5%) to the carrier.
Delivery within 15 working days
- Standard shipping : €49 - At the truck's tailgate
Accessories and lighting will be sent by Kuehne+Nagel or DPD.
Larger items and furniture will be delivered outside your home or building.
- Premium delivery : 99€ By appointment, upstairs, in the room of your choice (only in France, Monaco, Luxembourg and Belgium).
Important : The assembly service is not included in the premium delivery service and must be requested from Customer Service if necessary.
Accessories and lighting are not eligible for premium delivery.
For orders in Corsica and the French Overseas Territories , contact us directly to obtain a precise quote for shipping and delivery. For deliveries outside the European community (Switzerland) customers are responsible for customs duties and other taxes specific to their country.
If you need to change your delivery address once your order is already on its way, you may be charged a re-routing fee .
We can hold your order for up to 30 days for free in our warehouse. Beyond that, you will be charged 1% of the sale price per month of storage (excluding discounts)
Not all types of fixtures and accessories are eligible for premium delivery. These will be delivered by standard delivery by truck.
SALES/PROMOTIONS
All promotional offers cannot be combined with any other current promotions or discount codes. Any promotional offer is not valid retroactively for previous purchases outside the promotional period. All sales are final.
For all orders over €15,000, we only accept payment by bank transfer.
DELIVERY TIME
All products are custom ordered in Amsterdam. It takes 15 working days to be delivered when the product is in stock. When a product is not in stock it may take 1 to 3 months and Meuble Luxe will inform you by email to obtain your agreement for payment.
DELIVERY DAY
Before the delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to agree a time slot when you can expect your order - (premium delivery only) .
Also be sure to carefully measure your staircase, elevator, door frames, and hallways to determine the best fit for your new furniture. If we are unable to bring your furniture into your house/apartment, you will be responsible for additional costs incurred (rental of cradle) and/or returns.
IMPORTANT :
Recommendations to follow when delivering your order
- Open the package and check the product before signing the delivery note (paper or electronic)
- Do not let yourself be intimidated by the delivery person, refuse the package if he does not give you the opportunity to check it
- If the product is damaged, note detailed reservations on the paper delivery note mentioning the product and its condition. Example: Damaged right leg chair
- The words “subject to unpacking” or “packaging in good condition” are not valid in the event of a dispute.
In the event of unconfirmed delivery of your order, contact our Customer Service.
No complaints will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these recommendations.
Small items sent by UPS/DPD will be delivered as soon as possible, and the courier does not contact you in advance to schedule delivery. Courier deliveries do not require a signature on delivery and your package will be left on your doorstep if you are not available to receive it.
CANCELLATIONS
All products are custom ordered in Amsterdam - for this reason all sales are final.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at service@meubleluxe.fr All order cancellation requests are subject to approval.
RETURNS
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund equal to the purchase price. To request the return of an order, send an email to service@meubleluxe.fr indicating your name, your order number and the reason for the return. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the return and next steps.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer up to 10% of the total amount of the order and will be deducted from the refund.
Used items or items without original packaging are excluded from our returns policy.
If you need to change your delivery address while your order is already in transit, you will be charged a rerouting fee.
If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, you will be refunded less a restocking fee, if applicable.
Please note that orders placed during the BLACK FRIDAY promotional period are non-refundable. Returns on these purchases will be refunded in the form of store credit or exchanged for another item. To request the return of an order, please send an e-mail to service@meubleluxe.fr with your name, order number and reason for return.
DAMAGE - SPARE PARTS
You have 72 hours to report damage to us, or if you have a problem that requires a replacement or a spare part for the furniture you ordered, please read the following steps carefully:
- Please be sure to save our product packaging and packaging materials in order to successfully process your claim.
- Submit clear photos of the exterior and interior packaging and the reported problem, as well as a photo of the shipping mark (the white sheet on the box with the barcode)
- Finally, provide a brief explanation of the problem and how it occurred.
Please note that spare parts are subject to availability and claims may take up to 4-6 weeks to process.
In accordance with the provisions of article L 121–21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the order date to return it to Meuble Luxe for exchange or refund, for any order placed on the online store. The return costs exclusively made in its original packaging will be your responsibility.
